we got it!!!

I was in Saitama for last weekend. I had to go there for a marching band competition. We were really excited to play our show on the floor of Saitama Super Arina. It is really huge stadium which I also played there. I have a lot of memory there.

On sunday, We had the competition and I thought we did very well. and I could not wait to hear the result of our show. The most existing thing is that a high school beaten us two years ago, and they were there to compete with us.

I thought we were better than them. and it was true! We got the first prize in all japan!!!

All japan competition

I went to high school which i graduated yesterday. They were practicing at Mikawa for practicing marching. They are having the biggest competition that is on next month. I haven't been there for long time, so when I went there, every thing looked so fresh to me. I was really happy I could join the practice yesterday, and running around for all the day. I was really tired and when I came home I went to sleep quickly. When I woke up, I was sleeping on the floor in my room. It was so cold.

I don't remember anything what I did for last weekend. On Friday, I was awake for all night, and went to bed around 8 in the morning. When I woke up, it was already 5 p.m.. So, I couldn't go to bed that day. These days, it is getting so cold. I can not get up and it will be the time for class. However, it is the end of the month, and the winter vacation is coming soon. I should get up early and move my body harder.

concert

I have to go to Miyazaki today for teaching marching band in Miyazaki. They are going to have their concert tomorrow and we dont have much time to practice. we only have 3 hours to practice today, and tomorrow is the concert. I am thinking what we are going to do today. we have a lot of problem now. one of them is we were practicing in different situation for long time and we are going to be on stage where is really dark. So, I am wondering how it is going to be end. i hope they will do their best and also hope nobody will not be angry.

I am not sleepy now, by the way.

weekend

I went back to Miyazaki last weekend for coming high school brass band concert. It was really fun, but I got really tired. I woke up 6 a.m. on sunday, and went to Miyazaki. At 9 a.m., I started teaching marching band, and I finished that at 5 p.m. After that, I went to junior high school for practice. Finally I came back Kumamoto at 12 am. I am so tired and I feel so sick...... That's why I was late today...

coming holidays!!!

We are going to spend more than 5 holidays for coming next weekend. Wow. That's a lot to me. I can not wait to have some fun!! However, I heard that we will have more homework for that days. I thought about it, but I couldn't believe it. Now, I am ready for the assignments. Please give me lots of homework more and more! I will have some fun, of cause. My plans for coming holiday is going to trip with my friends, and helping for a marching band competition this weekend for three days. There will be the high school which I graduated and I am sure they will get the first prize. If you have time, I hope you will go there and watch what they are doing. You can not believe what you are seeing and what they are doing.

I also want to go to Oita for trip and go to some famous hot springs. There are a lot of Onsen in Beppu and Yufuin. So, I will go there and stay one night at cheep hotel and have a fun with my friend. I also take my friend to Umitamago or Takasaki Yama where some monkey are making their lives there, I think.

Anyway, I can not wait to have some fun this weekend, and I will do my best for coming class this week.

practice

"Practice makes perfect" I love that words. My teacher always said to me when I having a hard time with practicing trombone. I was in the U.S. We, in music major, have to practice our own instrument more than 5 hour a day. It is really hard, but it's also so fun to practice with new friends at a music building. It is open until midnight. So, I could practice long time before some important concert, or my recital. I practiced and practiced. the most exciting things is when I have to play some etude in front of my trombone professor. sometimes he gets angry, because I didn't practice a lot for the music piece. On the other hand, he will be very happy because I spent a lot of time for it. It was a really great time in my life, and I can not stop playing music forever.

Busy week

I am going to be busy this week and next week. I am going to Oita for marching band competition there. I went to Miyazaki for teaching marching band for this week end. It was really busy. I woke up and went to practice for whole week end from 9 am to 9 p.m.. I am still very tired because of it. And I came back here in Kumamoto midnight. I hope I had more time for it. However, I think my week end was really good, because I could spent time with them and they did really good job. I hope they do their best at Oita.
When I came back from Miyazaki, I found Mr. Tomei sent me an e-mail. It was about a homework from speaking 4 class. It made me really sad and I had no power to do it. I didn't have time to finish homework last week end so I woke up early this morning and finished it. How I am great student.... Anyway, I can not wait to see their marching this week end.
Next week, I am going to Korea for buying some tool for the marching band. I am going there for the first time, so I am really excited to go there. Be sure, I am not going there just for fun.. But, I will have some fun, I am sure.

summer vacation.

i spent almost all summer for teaching marching band in Miyazaki. it was really great to spend time with my teacher and student. they were practicing the whole summer for marching band competition. i got sun burn because they practiced outside for 7 or 8 hours. it is really hard to take care them, and practice hard, because i think hard practice makes them more better instrument player, however i can not force them to practice without break time.
it was also great to learn how the my teacher teaching marching band. my teacher is really famous marching band director. so, i can learn a lot of things from him. we spent a long time together and i am sure i got more good teaching skills. the schools which i am teaching got gold prize and they are going to all Kyushu marching band competition that is coming soon. i was really glad they got chance to play over there because it is going to be really great memory of their school.
i believe those days makes them more stronger, and it will give them great personality. i hope the coming competition will be great memory too.

oh, the spring semester is getting over. I felt that the time goes really quickly... However, we still have to take some exam for being third grade student. I am spending a lot of time at the university's library till end of the day. I fell I am being a genius student here because of that.
Anyway, I am planning to take a TOEIC test during the summer vacation to get a 300000yen. well, it's not just for the money. I want to do something makes me as a good student. My plan for the goal is: listen the English conversation, read a English book, watch a English movie without a subtitle, and do some of the text book for the TOIEC test, everyday. I hope I will improve my English skills and welcome the coming Autumn semester.

exam.

We are taking a few exam this weekend, and it is really hard for me. How many exam are you going to have this semester? I am not sure, but I always feel nervous when we have it. I don't want to go back to 1st grade.

Anyway, I spent last weekend for preparing for the exam. It was raining all the time, so I felt so bad. It was like eating a soup. Well, I don't have anything to talk about this time. Oh, Spain won the World Cup. However, it seems like all of japanese people care about who won the election. I didn't change my address from Miyazaki to Kumamoto, so I had to go back to Miyazaki for that. Of coarse I had no time to go back there, so I didn't vote for someone, sadly. I've got the internet

I finally got the internet connection. It is really useful for me to have it. Now, I can post some on this blog from my house and do other works too.

I went to Tosu last weekend to have some fun with my friends. We went to Cold stone and had a ice cream which is so good. I have had it when I was in the U.S. and it was so great. However, the people who are working there was doing some strange things. They are singing during making our order. It is a little embracing to hear the singing till I wait.

And I went back to my house in Kumamoto and I have finished some my own assignment. It took a really long time to finish it. but I felt so great when I finish it. Then I woke up this morning and come to this writing class. Oh... My brain is not working right now. My eyes are very tired from last night, and I will fall asleep if I have any chances. But the internet connection will wakes me up!!!

New changes.

I went to elementary school last Sunday and taught how to march to their brass band. It was really hot inside the gym and one of the students got sick during the practice. But we had really good time together.

They looks so young so I was wondering that they cant understand what I'm talking, so I was trying to use easy words to explain. But they are smarter that I thought. They understand even I use some difficult word and they are also tough.

It is really great experience to communicate with them because I want to be a teacher someday.

I have some changes around me. I had hair cut last week and we have new prime minister in japan now. Every one of Japanese are looking forward to see that Japanese society be a better. I hope we are going to have more strong "Pipes" to other countries and to Japanese citizens.

bad day....

On Saturday, I went to a junior high school to teach marching band. It was the last day of practice it for P.E festival on Saturday. The junior high school students were practicing very hard and getting good every day. So, they and I were looking forward to show it on Saturday.

When I woke up the next day, I got phone call from one of their parents. "It is raining, so we don't have festival today."

How bad day is it. I feel really sorry for it. It is really fun to play it in front of audience. They will have the festival on the other day, but I know there will be few people watching their show.

I am sure I will go there and watch their playing on Monday after noon. They improved their Marching skills, so I hope someday they will be a big marching band and every body knows about them.

Well, I hope Monday will be a great day...

weekend.

It was a great day of weekend. I went to junior high school for teaching marching band. they will have P.E festival this weekend and they will do marching at there. It is their first time to march in front of people. We had very hard time to practice it because they are beginner of it. However it is going to be great, I think. On Saturday's afternoon, I went to BBQ held at high school which I graduated. there were a lot of food there, and i ate a lot! it was very very delicious BBQ! After that, I went to my teacher's house and went to Onsen at his house. he is the owner of a Rokan and he also has Onsen. so i can take it for free. it is so great. On Sunday, I went to high school for teaching marching band. they are older than junior high school student, so I will be hard for them. They were practicing high level music at the time and i taught how to play it. they got the first prize at kyushu competition last year, so I wish they will get it this year too.

my weekend was a little busy, however i spent great time with them!

Golf!!

It was really really great Sunday. It was sunny and I wanted to go outside.

My father has been playing golf since he was about 30 years old. I know its cost a lot, but i wanted to play golf someday. My father is really picky. He buys new golf club when it comes. So, he had extra golf club when I asked him one. Now I have my own golf club and we promised to go golf. I am taking golf class at this Univ. and cant wait it. There are a lot of uchippanashi but its a little expensive for me and college student. I will do part time job and get more money for it. Last Sunday, I went to there and practiced about three hours and it was fun, but when I look around, there were old people practicing there.

After I finished practicing, I had some walk. It was really beautiful day. It wasn't so hot. I think I need to lose weight and be more healthy. So, i decided to do this every Sunday till end of this semester.

My weekend!

my weekend was really hard... I go back to Miyazaki last weekend. My high school band joined big festival in Miyazaki and they also paraded. I posted the pics on this blog, so you may want to watch it below.

it was really warm and sunny day. There were a lot of people when we arrived at festival. The local news paper tells that "About 25000 people meet there" every year. At noon the parade started. there were kinder garden kids, junior high school student, and so on. The famous parson "Higasikokubaru" was there too. My friends saw him but i couldn't...

The parade was really long. We walked about 4 km. We got tired but i think student got more tired. They walked 4 km with playing instrument and dancing. I wonder how i could do it when i was high school student.

I went back to Kumamoto at night and it was already 11PM. I am so sleepy.....
